We respect your privacy and guarantee the information you provide us will never be sold, rented or given away. When creating an account you will be asked for your full name, shipping address, billing address, e-mail address, and credit card information so we may process your order. We do not make our list of registered customers available to any other companies.

Online Orders:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal through our sites secure SSL shopping cart system. To assure your complete privacy, your credit card statement will read: “BNJ Media, LLC”. There will be no reference to the contents of your order on your credit card statement. When using PayPal, your purchase will read “BNJ Media, LLC.”.

Telephone Orders:
If you do not wish to place your order online, you may place it via telephone at (800) 965-2174 Monday-Friday from 7:00am -6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm Mountain Standard Time. We are closed Sunday.

Mail Orders:
For customers placing their orders via mail, we accept US Postal money orders and personal checks. Orders placed with personal checks may be held up to ten days to allow the check to clear. Please be sure to include your complete name, shipping address, telephone number, e-mail address and desired item(s), including stock number, quality, size and color. Please be sure to also add the appropriate shipping charges. For customers living in Arizona, please add 8.35% state sales tax. You may send your order and payment to:

Order Processing:
We pride ourselves in processing and shipping all orders promptly within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please keep this in mind when choosing 2-Day shipping.

Note: Holidays and weekends are not considered “working” or “business” days. All Shipping specials are valid in the Continental United States only.

Back orders: In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Back orders are shipped as they become available at no additional shipping charge, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. If you would like more information on a back ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please email your request to [email protected] referencing your order ID.

Order Status:
After you placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you right away. You will also receive an email with the tracking number, once your order is shipped. If you did not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected] or 800-965-2174.

Military APO/FPO:
Please call or email for shipping rates.

Domestic Orders:
Most orders are shipped via USPS. If your package is an odd size or weight, we may use UPS Ground or UPS Second Day. UPS Second day Air is available on select items at an additional cost.

Standard ground shipping times within the continental United States usually take 3-7 business days.

All packages are shipped discretely in a plain box.

Ship Methods to Canada:
USPS

USPS shipments to Canada are approximately 7-9 business days in transit.
This is the only ship method that delivers to a P.O. Box location within Canada.
Tracking information is not provided with USPS shipments to Canada.
This method may not always be available due to weight and value restrictions.
Customs inspections might slightly delay the delivery of shipments from the US into Canada. Customs and duties fees may be applied to the recipient by Canadian Customs/ Border Inspections.

UPS Standard

Standard UPS shipments to Canada are approximately 6-8 business days in transit.
This method does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.
Customs inspections might slightly delay the delivery of shipments from the US into Canada. Customs and duties fees may be applied to the recipient by Canadian Customs/ Border Inspections.

Customs and Brokerage Fees:
Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees or tariffs for international shipments. Such fees are variable and you should contact your country's customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment. Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.

Shipping Delays & Refunds:
If you find that your package is not delivered on-time please contact us immediately. We will track your shipment and contact the carrier. After confirming that your UPS/FedEx shipment was delayed and you’re entitled to a refund, we will credit your shipping charges. In the event of inclement weather (Acts of Nature), UPS/FedEx does not refund shipping charges, therefore we’re not able to provide a refund. In the event the carrier experiences a mechanical failure, we will do our best to work with them to expedite a replacement.

Lost/Stolen:
We are not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse.
If there is a tracking number, the order has been put on a skid and has left our building.
If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing claim.

Cancellation Policy:
Once an order has been submitted, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged. Our ordering process is automated so your order will be immediately processed and sent to our shipping department. Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily, we are unable to cancel orders after 4:00 pm MST.  Please order carefully!

Returned Packages:
Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 25% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address, an additional shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply.

Return Policy:
Due to the intimate nature of the Thrillsfulfilled product line, returning a product is not possible. However, should any item be found defective upon receipt, it will gladly be exchanged or repaired within 30 days of your purchase date. Please check your order carefully and notify us immediately if there is a problem so we can issue a return authorization number. All returns must be in their original packaging and free of any signs of use per state health laws.

For sanitary reasons, We Do Not Resell Returned Merchandise. That's why, we can only accept return or exchange for defective or damaged products. Please note, that lack of satisfaction is not considered to be a defect.

Many products are covered by extended manufacturers warranty and could be returned or exchanged directly to the manufacturer after the 30 day period. Please contact us for additional information.

Please e-mail us at: [email protected] or call Customer Support (800) 965-2174 to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Please provide the following information when emailing or calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, item number and nature of the request or problem. All products returned must be 100 percent complete, with all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. We recommend that you insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
